      Job description:

    • Should have 3-5 years extensive recruitment experience in IT& Non IT requirements.
    • Good in client interaction to deliver the best service.
    • Identify the critical top talent for the clients.
    • Impart training on Passive Sourcing to his team.
    • Utilize effective sourcing process in order to ensure quality return on investment.
    • Expert in strategic and unconventional sourcing.
    • Should have a proven track record as a team leader.

    • Should be well versed with entire Gamut of recruitment life cycle.
    • Should be an Internet Savvy
    • Gulf recruitment experience would be definitely a big plus.
    • Multiple domain Knowledge.
    • A proven track record in their last recruitment role, ideally from construction/real estate/oil & gas /Marine /Property etc.

  • Business Development Executive (IT & Non IT)

      Summary:

      Looking for Confident and aggressive Sales and Business Development professional with demonstrable corporate sales record of at least 1- 3 years in concept/consultative sales/solution/services current job should be in corporate sales with a go getter Attitude.




      Key Expectations from this Position:

    • Extensive market research to analyze latest marketing trends in various domains and identify new areas to go after.
    • Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Mail campaign & Mail Management.
    • To carefully understand the targeted companies head count plans and presents our profile.
    • Meet various HR Heads and Talent Acquisition Heads convince them of our delivery Capabilities.
    • Make preliminary Proposals, understand the scope of work, and carry out the preliminary process of negotiation with the Clients.

    • Responsible for developing the acquisition plan, in partnership with head to ensure, to develop new verticals and also penetration of current verticals.
    • Support acquisition initiatives that are consistent with the company's overall strategy.
    • Responsible for market segmentation and developing the acquisition framework.
    • Should be able to recommend strategies and communicate the desires of clients to others.
    • Acquire Client Services team to ensure understanding of the client’s challenges and goals.
    • Leverage existing relationships and network to open new business.
    • Network with Various HR professionals through the Professional Networking Sites.
    • Track foreign companies wanting to setup operations in India and set up a process of sustained communication with them.
    • Must have skills include analyzing work flows, evaluate systems and formulate plans.
    • Map the Account and ensure that Client-wise and overall revenue Targets are met.
    • Develop Relationship with clients and ensure that assignments are given to Team Corporate Solutons on Exclusive basis.
